Shipping Methods:

Our packages are shipped and delivered by Courier Guy and we offer the following shipping options:

  1. Collection (No charge)
  2. Collection by your own courier (R50.00 packing fee will apply).
  3. Standard Econo Courier (3-5 business days)
  4. Overnight Express Courier

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and ready to be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after payment is received. It might take another 3 – 5 days for your order to be delivered depending on the shipping option you choose.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address.
You can view the shipping rates for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
Estimated delivery times will be provided to you during the checkout process.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship to addresses within South Africa and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure that there will be someone present at the delivery address for delivery during business hours.

International Shipping:

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery.
These fees are determined by the customs agency in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders are shipped through DHL and Postnet or the client is welcome to arrange the shipping at no charge.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely during checkout.
Ultimate Overland is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Ultimate Overland is not liable for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
